International orders can take up to 14 days (provided it doesn’t get stopped by customs.) Please be aware that every country has different  customs laws and your package may incur additional charges while in transit. Habitual Goods is not responsible for any charges incurred while your item is in transit.

 

 

 

RETURNS

To initiate an online return please get in touch with us at info@habitualgoods.co.nz

 

- All returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will happily accept returns of items purchased online, for any reason including change of mind. You can choose from either an exchange, store credit or refund.
- Once we have received your return it may take us a couple of days to process it, please bear with us and we'll be in touch as soon as we can!
